    RUIF is a student-run, long-only investment fund that identifies undervalued assets using core financial metrics including historical earnings, P/E, debt structures, etc. RUIF seeks to help students learn investment strategies and gain practical experience to prepare them for future careers in finance.

  • Rice New Energy Fund

    RNEF is the first student-managed investment fund focused on energy transition and has ~200K AUM. RNEF was launched in 2021 to give students a platform to partake in active investment management while engaging in the complexities of energy transition. Our investable universe includes public entities along the entire new energy and climate solutions value chain.

  • Rice Consulting

    Rice Consulting is Rice’s largest undergraduate consulting group providing strategy services to local, regional, and national clients. Rice Consulting looks to develop communication, leadership, and analytic skills for their analysts through market strategy, competitive analysis, and data analytics projects.

  • 180 Degrees Consulting

    180 DC helps students gain hands-on consulting experience by working bro-bono with local non-profits and their professionals to solve business problems as a part of a tight-knit team. 180 DC is the Rice chapter of the national organization, providing members with a wide network of students.

  • Global Research and Consulting

    GRC provides opportunities for students interested in management consulting, data analytics, and finance. GRC operates through three branches: consulting, insights, and tech solutions, creating solutions for a variety of clients. They operate as the Rice chapter of the overarching GRC, an international organization in 20+ worldwide universities.

    RBSA works with Jones Business School to connect students with on-campus jobs in business related fields. Students can gain real work experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities through opportunities within Jones.

    RWiB is a professional organization that ms to expand leadership, networking, and learning opportunities for undergraduate women on campus who are interested in exploring careers in business. RWiB provides members with tools to help them advance both professionally and personally by offering career and industry panels, networking, and speaker events.

    WIFI focuses on creating opportunities for Rice women to learn more about financial services and investing through educational seminars, career panels, and mentorship opportunities.
